Ohio Governor's Youth Art Exhibition

Welcome to the 2021 Ohio Governor's Youth Art Exhibition!

We hope that all of the student-artists will take the time to view the artwork with their families, friends and teachers.  It is an amazing collection of work!  The fact that it was produced during a pandemic, with students in various learning modes, makes it even more incredible.  Thanks for sharing your artistic expressions and for being a part of the 2021 competition.  This gallery displays the Top 25 first, follwed by the rest of the exhibition in alphabetical order.  The gallery can be searched by last name and can be filtered by the 15 regional locations across the state. The gallery can also be filtered using tags to show the "cameo" display pieces and the video selections.  Enjoy!

Medium: Acrylic on canvas board, base with acrylic burnt sienna, added white undertone for bright areas. Directed and planned photo shoot by dressing up the model and setting up a strong lighting. Then, I edited the photo for better contrast. Lastly, I created an underdrawing and added media.
